Rev. Randy Skeeter was born in Manhattan, New York to Daniel and Margaret Skeeter.  Rev. Skeeter along, with his parents relocated to Suffolk, Virginia in the early 1970’s. 

Rev. Skeeter attended the Suffolk School system, where he graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. Rev. Skeeter attended Paul D. Camp Community College where he received his Associate in Applied Science in General Business Management.

Rev. Skeeter has attended Old Dominion University where he studied Philosophy with a Concentration in Religious Studies.  Rev. Skeeter is currently employed at  Newport News Shipbuilding where he has held numerous positions and currently is a Radiological training instructor.  Rev. Skeeter is currently the president of his community civic league. In 2007, he was presented an award for community service from the Suffolk Federated Civic League.  

Rev. Skeeter is married to Joann, and has three children Delana Green, Alfreda Russell, and Larkin Skeeter.  Rev. Randy Skeeter accepted Jesus Christ at an early age and joined the Mount Ararat Christian Church family where he was licensed to preach the Gospel and was Ordained under the leadership of Dr. H.H. Murrill, Senior Pastor. Rev. Skeeter was also active in many ministries prior to being called as Pastor of New Ramoth Gilead Missionary Baptist Church.
